Ingredients:
- 10 cups of popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 bag 10
- 5 oz of mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Orange and black food coloring
- Halloween-themed sprinkles
- 10-12 lollipop sticks or wooden skewers
Instructions:
Pop the popcorn and place it aside in a big mixing bowl
Heat a large saucepan over low heat to melt the unsalted butter
When the butter has melted completely and the mixture is smooth, add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly
After taking the saucepan off of the burner, mix in the salt and vanilla extract
The marshmallow mixture should be divided into two bowls
Fill one bowl with orange food coloring and the other with black food coloring
Stir until the colors are Halloween-appropriate
Once the popcorn is evenly coated, pour the orange marshmallow mixture over it and gently fold it in
Coat the remaining popcorn in the same manner using the black marshmallow mixture
Form the marshmallow-coated popcorn into tiny balls and wrap them around wooden skewers or lollipops while it's still warm to create Halloween Popcorn Pops
Top the popcorn pops with Halloween-themed sprinkles while the marshmallow coating is still tacky
Let the popcorn pops cool before placing them on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper
Your Halloween Popcorn Pops are now complete and ready to be enjoyed!
