These gigantic potato pancakes are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They make a hearty and satisfying meal that's perfect for any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Put chopped onions and grated potatoes in a large bowl
Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper
Beat the eggs
Mix well until everything is well mixed
Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat
