Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- Coconut oil or ghee for cooking
Instructions:
Whisk eggs and pumpkin puree together thoroughly in a mixing bowl
